IVY AND EVE APARTMENTS BY CLLIX, Brisbane – A Smart Stay in the City

The hotel is in a fabulous location, just a stone's throw from the vibrant Southbank area with its beautiful spaces. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, meeting all needs, although there was a slight hint of past smoking. The service was exceptional, especially during our first check-in and out experiences. The dining was personally disappointing in terms of service and quality. However, the location offers easy access to a variety of attractions, theaters, museums, and eateries nearby. Overall, a mixed experience with some remarkable highlights.

My stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms had a smart layout with a closed off bathroom, which I found to be a great concept. However, they could have been cozier with some soft furnishings behind the bedside tables and beds. The service was top-notch, with the staff being really helpful and providing great car parking options that were easy to access. The location was superb, perfect for a pre-wedding get-together BBQ and conveniently positioned for exploring South Brisbane and Fish Lane. On the downside, the cleanliness fell short of expectations, and there seemed to be a lack of cooking items for families with kids. The dining experience at the Ivy Cafe was pleasant but not ideal as it could have been more accommodating, especially when dealing with events like a wedding the next day.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, though a bit worn in places. The service was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when my wife fell ill. The location was excellent for our business trip, surrounded by good restaurants and close to Southbank. The dining experience was a bit substandard, but the outdoor cinema was a nice touch.

My stay was wonderful! The room felt brand new, located on the 30th floor with breathtaking Mountain Views. It was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures online. The big comfy bed and well-appointed kitchen added to the comfort of my stay. The 5th-floor spa and pool area were sensational. However, the view from the balcony was just okay if looking straight ahead, but when you turned to the right, the city views were fantastic. I did need an extra blanket, though.
